To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vakeeltalk and its founders, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any reliance on information provided by the Platform
• Any legal outcome in your matter
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vakeeltalk and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Bengaluru / Mumbai — to be specified at launch].
